PRODUCTION CHAIN
Our main goal in Şafak Tekstil's production process is customer satisfaction. Every stage of the process is carried out under the control of experienced management personnel and is constantly developed to produce and deliver high quality products to our customers
The production marathon starts with the order of the customer. Product specifications and additional processes are defined clearly and sent to the customer as customer confirmation is required in order to start the production.
Planning department issues a job order by cooperating with the personnel responsible for production. The job order card contains information as to which technical processes are to be applied on the product , the delivery date , technical data related with the product and the additional requests of the customer. Copies of this card are then distributed to the responsible personnel of each station that the product will flow through.
The required technical adjustments are done as soon as the knitting department receives the job of order. The knitted fabrics are under the continuous scrutiny of our personnel in order to prevent any production faults.
Each fabric has its own code and information concerning the fabric and its production process is stored in data processing department and this enables us to trace whenever needed.
The knitted fabrics is separated into different lots after passing the quality control. Each lot is dispatched to the appropriate department according the needed finishing processes listed on the job order card .
The raw fabric is pre-washed with the specially chosen chemicals before the dyeing process . With this , we are able to achieve a perfect consistency with the customer's color choice.The dyeing process is implemented in our automatic dyeing machines . After dyeing is completed , the details of this process and a small dyed fabric are classified for future reference.
After post dyeing and finishing treatments, thermo-fixing up to 230 oC is applied on the fabric. The final step before shipment is packaging.
Various tests and quality control operations are constantly implemented in production stages and the final control in our company takes place in accordance with the requests of the customer. Fabrics which do not fulfil the required criteria are eliminated.
